Factory Management :
It is as well structured factory
with respect to the management system and line of
reporting. The Quality Control Manager, lab In-Charge
send their reports to Production / Factory Manager,
who in turn inform to Director of the Company, which
is being recorded. The Director discuss the details
with their subordinates and there are evidences.
Processing
of Customer's Requirements :
The Production Manager
is responsible for these activities. The proper records
have been maintained and observed that his instructions
are followed in all related departments.
Quality Control
System :
They have organized storage area for raw
material HDPE Fabric, Tarpaulin and also facilities
for container loading / stuffing. The company
have also system segregation for various lots
of finished
products. As an identification mark lot no.
and length in meters are always observed on
each roll.
Laboratory
Testing :
The factory have in-house lab testing facilities.
The lab is equipped with all required testing instruments
from raw materials to finished products.
HDPE Tape
-- Denier, Width, Shrinkage and Tensile Strength.
HDPE
Fabric -- Mesh, Width, GSM and Tensile Strength and
Shrinkage.
Lamination Fabric -- GSM, Visual Color.
The
Quality Control in-charge also checks for heat sealing,
size, fixing of eyelet, packing, followed by final
random inspection.
General Quality Related
Conditions :
The house keeping of the factory was excellent and
they have requisite backup for power supply, medical
emergencies and fire safety system.
Product Workmanship
Quality :
To evaluate the effectiveness of the quality
systems we inspected 20 Pcs. randomly picked form
the packed material. We observed two defective, which
implies 90 % efficiency of the system. The factory
has also a system of Final Random Inspection.
The
factory have adequate space for storage of incoming
material lab testing, final inspection, packing and
also for container stuffing / loading. The manpower
employed though not highly qualified is skillful
for the jobs being performed and have long experience
in similar industries. They carryout inspection of
incoming material as well as at different stages
of production. The quality control is good and effective.
